Most pop stars arrive in video games through corporate boardroom meetings and licensing agreements, but Madison Beer essentially talked her way onto Epic Games servers by calling out the developers on camera. Her official induction into the Fortnite Icon series places her alongside figures like Travis Scott, Sabrina Carpenter, Addison Rae, and EsDeeKid. The studio took notice of her public appeal, turning an unscripted interview remark into an official slate of character cosmetics, custom emotes, and playable audio tracks.
The momentum started on an episode of Hot Ones earlier this year. During the segment, Beer took part in a game of fuck, marry, kill featuring Fall Guys, Dress To Impress, and Fortnite. She noted a lingering sentimental connection to Fall Guys because of past streaming sessions with her supporters, but Fortnite still took the top spot. Beer declared that she would marry the title, though she paired that devotion with a direct critique aimed squarely at the camera lens. She told Epic Games that she was upset with how much they had altered the overall experience, urging the studio to stop changing things players love, to leave the original game intact, and to finally give her a skin.
The studio heard the critique. Epic Games rolled out a promotional teaser across social media confirming the partnership, adding a caption noting that she had manifested the entire project. For Beer, seeing her likeness translated into the title carries substantial weight alongside traditional career landmarks. She has openly described herself as obsessed with the game, remarking that seeing her digital avatar in the software ranks right alongside receiving a Grammy nomination and headlining Madison Square Garden.
The collaboration officially launches at 1am BST on September 25, introducing two separate character models with distinct visual themes. The Make You Mine Madison outfit adapts the aesthetic from her music visualizer into a combat ready design, pairing a hip holster with a microphone strapped to a leg harness. The second selection, the Satin Angel Madison outfit, recreates the look she wore on the runway at the 2025 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. That appearance features a custom pink crystal corset and matching set alongside custom thigh high boots. The boots react directly to music during gameplay, prompting silver detailing to glow pink while ripples of flame emerge from the footwear.
Her cosmetic accessories borrow from the same visual references. A set of custom pink feather wings, also lifted from the 2025 Victoria's Secret appearance, functions as her back bling and bursts with pink flames that pulse to the beat of in game audio. Beer also receives Madison's OG pickaxe, an updated take on the game original harvesting tool. Her stage performances and video imagery make their way onto the map through two distinct emotes. The Bittersweet emote fills the air with bubbles and confetti inspired by her music video, while the Yes Baby emote lets players celebrate a Victory Royale using choreography taken from her live tour.
Music forms a core component of the release as well. Three of Beer cuts, Yes, Baby, Bittersweet, and Complexity, arrive as playable jam tracks. Competitive players can also pursue the cosmetics early through the Madison Beer Icon Cup tournament, where top performers in each region earn early access to the Satin Angel outfit and the pink feather wings. To wrap up the rollout, Beer is scheduled to go live on her Twitch channel on September 25 to stream the game herself, returning to the very platform where her personal investment in the title first drew public attention.
