Sippin · 2026

British-Ugandan artist Ang3lina makes her return to music with Sippin, a confident and energetic release that brings together contemporary Afropop and Amapiano. After a three-year break from the music industry, she returns with a fresh creative direction and a track built around self-worth, independence and embracing life on her own terms. Driven by infectious rhythms and catchy melodies, Sippin celebrates confidence, femininity and the freedom to enjoy the moment. Its blend of Afropop's vibrant character and Amapiano's rhythmic bounce creates a danceable sound that reflects Ang3lina's connection to contemporary African music while maintaining her own artistic identity. Known as That Girl From Uganda, Ang3lina brings a multicultural perspective to her music. Born in the UK and connected to her Ugandan roots, she combines English and Luganda influences while exploring Afropop, Afrobeats and Afro-R&B. Beyond singing and songwriting, she is also a music producer, pianist and guitarist, bringing a broad musical background to her work. Produced by Ugandan producer Bangar Boi and mixed and mastered by Ernest Otim, Sippin marks the beginning of a new chapter for the artist. As the lead single from her forthcoming album, it introduces the direction of her next project and her ambition to reconnect with audiences across Africa and beyond. With Sippin, Ang3lina returns with a clear message of confidence and self-expression, setting the tone for the next stage of her musical journey.
