Maze of Fear · 2026

German singer-songwriter Vüxin takes listeners into a darker emotional landscape with Maze of Fear, a cinematic indie track about the difficulty of leaving an unhealthy relationship. Released on October 30, 2026, the single follows Bumblebees and offers another preview of her upcoming debut EP. The track opens a distinctive musical world through menacing synths and electric guitar, with a sound that evokes the atmosphere of a Western film. Expressive vocals and unusual yet catchy melodies complete the arrangement, giving the song a cinematic character and a strong sense of tension. At the centre of Maze of Fear is a relationship that feels like a long journey through the desert. The lyrics explore the struggle of remaining attached to someone despite recognising the unhealthy nature of the connection. The journey eventually reaches a turning point with the line I found my way out of here, shifting the focus towards independence and self-empowerment. Based in Mainz, Germany, Vüxin is an emerging singer-songwriter whose music moves between indie folk, alternative rock and indie pop. Her artistic approach draws inspiration from nature and the people around her, translating personal experiences and contrasting emotions into atmospheric songwriting. Following Early Morning Hours and Bumblebees, Maze of Fear reveals another side of Vüxin's musical direction. Its combination of alternative rock energy, atmospheric production and personal storytelling offers an introduction to the world she is building ahead of her debut EP, scheduled for November 13, 2026.
