Austin based American heavy metal outfit The Sword are set to play Maxine’s Live in Hot Springs alongside New Jersian heavy metal psych rock band Atomic Bitchwax.

The Sword just released their sixth album, Used Future  on March 28. The band has cited Black Sabbath as a major influence, in addition to doom trio Sleep, sludge band the Melvins, thrash veterans Slayer, and heavy metal icons Iron Maiden and Deep Purple, among others.

The Atomic Bitchwax, or TAB, released their seventh full length LP, Force Field, last December via Tee Pee Records.

Tickets are $18 and on sale now at showclix.com.
