Thirty nights at Madison Square Garden is a massive commitment for any touring artist, and it calls for a memorable exit. Harry Styles concluded his ten-week residency in Manhattan on October 31, staging the second evening of his annual Harryween concerts. Rather than sticking to standard arena theatrics, he marked the occasion with an affectionate nod to local folklore, walking onto the stage dressed from ears to paws as the pizza rat.

The outfit pointed back to the viral 2015 video of a New York rodent hauling a fallen slice down transit station stairs. Styles carried a giant novelty slice to match, while his backing musicians leaned into the municipal theme by dressing up as a yellow cab and a street corner hot dog. The heavy suit did not stay on for the entire twenty-two song concert. Midway through the performance, Styles traded the fur for a simpler outfit featuring a t-shirt stamped with the words "I AM A RAT", paired with shorts, rodent ears, and a tail.

The setlist held its own surprise. Styles used the occasion to play Talking Heads for the first time on stage, turning in a live debut of their 1977 staple "Psycho Killer". The nervous art-punk rhythm sat beside regular numbers from his catalog, including "Aperture", "Sign Of The Times", and "As It Was". Digging up vintage pop and rock cuts has become an expected ritual for these late-October Garden gigs.

He has built that tradition gradually across several residencies. During the 2021 holiday shows, Styles took the stage dressed as a clown and as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. In 2022, he transformed into Danny Zuko from Grease, using the costume to back a performance of Olivia Newton-John's "Hopelessly Devoted To You". This year, the staging spread across two distinct nights. On the eve of Halloween, he began the show in an Elvis Presley getup complete with a white jumpsuit, a cape, and gold sunglasses. Later in that same performance, he swapped into a replica of the clothing he wore at age sixteen for his 2010 audition on The X Factor. He followed the costume change with Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely", the tune he sang for judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, and Louis Walsh, before telling the arena crowd that he works in a bakery, just as he had during his original television tryout.

The venue acknowledged the scale of the run both inside the arena bowl and out on the concourse. Madison Square Garden mounted a dedicated memorabilia display on the sixth floor to highlight moments from the ten-week stay, and staff hoisted a permanent banner into the rafters. NBA Finals MVP Jalen Brunson also walked out during the show, greeting the room and handing Styles a personal banner celebrating the thirty-night run.

With New York behind him, the Together, Together tour now heads overseas. Styles travels to Australia next, playing concerts in Melbourne and Sydney to finish his 2026 schedule. The tour is set to pick back up after the new year with an itinerary covering the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, featuring support from an undercard that includes Kylie Minogue and LCD Soundsystem.
